Inviting team members

Under Settings, enter an address in "Invite by email", choose a role (Admin, Manager or Member) and click Invite. If the address already has a SwfTap account, they'll see the invite waiting on their dashboard next time they log in. If it's a new address, SwfTap emails them an invite to create an account.

Only a team workspace can have additional members; your personal workspace always stays yours alone. The Team plan covers up to 5 members for a flat A$79 a month.

Roles

• •Admin: full control, including billing, membership and deleting anyone's items.
• •Manager: can edit every QR code, profile and share in the workspace.
• •Member: creates their own QR codes, profiles and shares, and edits or deletes only their own.
