Does the other person need an app to read my NFC business card?

No. A tap opens your SwfTap profile in the phone's web browser. It needs a phone that reads NFC, which includes iPhone XS and later and most Android phones with NFC switched on. Phones without NFC can scan your profile's QR code instead.

How much does a SwfTap NFC business card cost?

A standard PVC card is A$39 and a metal card is A$99. Tags and stickers start at A$15. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Do I need a paid plan to use an NFC card?

No. Cards and tags bought from the Shop work on every plan, including the free Starter plan. Team also includes one NFC card link per member, which lets you use an NFC card or tag you already own.

What happens to my card if I change jobs?

Edit your profile, or point the card at a different profile, from Profiles in your account. The card itself holds a link that never changes, so nothing is re-encoded or reprinted.

Can I see who tapped my card?

Your profile analytics show views of your profile. If someone shares their details through your profile, they appear in your Leads with their name, email and phone.

The card holds a link, not your details

A SwfTap card stores a stable link. Which profile it opens is set in your account, so a new job title, phone number or photo shows up the moment you save. When you change roles, or hand your territory to a colleague, point the card at a different profile.

It works both ways

Turn on Share your details and the person you just met can send their name, email and phone back from your profile. It lands in your Leads, ready for a note and a follow-up reminder, on every plan.

No NFC? The same profile has a QR code

Every profile has its own share QR code, and it never counts against your QR code allowance. If you design your own card in the Card Design Studio, the QR code is already placed on it, so phones that don't read NFC can scan instead.
