Personal vs. team workspaces

Every Swftap user has exactly one personal workspace, created automatically the moment you sign up. It's a 1-seat space — nobody else can be added to it — so your own QR codes, profile, and documents there are always yours alone.

If a business invites you onto their team, that's a separate, second workspace. You'll see a pending invite on your dashboard the next time you log in — accept it to start collaborating, or decline if it's not for you. Being on a team workspace never affects your personal one; they're entirely independent.
