Tracking engagement on shared documents

On the Shares tab of Secure Share, click "Engagement" next to any share. The timeline lists every time the share was opened and each document view and download, with the date and time of each.

Page-by-page read depth

For PDF documents, the same panel shows how many seconds were spent on each page across every visit, so you can tell whether a recipient skimmed your document or read it page by page.
