Where should the book links go?

Anywhere you choose: your publisher, a local bookshop, or your own store. Each book card has its own link.

Can I send a manuscript to a publisher securely?

On Pro and Team, Secure Share sends documents with a password and an expiry, and shows when they were opened.

Does it cost anything to use the Author template?

No. All 24 templates are on every plan, including the free Starter plan, with no card required. Pro adds more QR codes, Secure Share and E-signature when you need them.

Who the Author template suits

For novelists and non-fiction writers who meet readers at launches, festivals and library talks. The page is calm: a portrait, a one-line description of what you write, a newsletter button and your upcoming events and readings.

Your books follow as cards with their covers, format and price, each linking to wherever you'd like readers to buy. Put a QR code at the signing table and readers can join your newsletter before they leave the queue. It suits poets, memoirists and children's authors too: swap the books for collections or picture books, and the readings button for school visits if that is where your audience finds you.

Create a free account with the Author template selected. It is the starting design in step two of setup, and you can still pick another.
STEP 2
Add your details
Your name, role and photo replace the sample ones. Sample links and sample photos are cleared, so nothing points at someone else's business. Then add your own buttons, products or gallery.
STEP 3
Publish and share it
Publish when it looks right. Share the page as a link, a dynamic QR code or an NFC card, and update it any time without reprinting.
