How do couples check if I'm available?

Point the Check your date button at your enquiry form, or add a Lead Capture Form that asks for the date and venue. Enquiries land in your Leads inbox.

Can I send contracts and collect deposits?

On Pro and Team, send the contract through Secure Share and collect signatures with E-signature. Deposits can be taken through a Buy Now block linked to your own Stripe account.

Can I change the hero photo?

Yes, and you should. Replace it in Design with a photo of your own work. The sample gallery photos are cleared when you apply the template.

Does it cost anything to use the Wedding Vendor template?

No. All 24 templates are on every plan, including the free Starter plan, with no card required. Pro adds more QR codes, Secure Share and E-signature when you need them.
