Add a Lead Capture Form block to a profile (Profiles, "+ Add block") and visitors can leave their details on your page. You choose the headline, the button label and the fields: text, email, phone or long text. Each submission arrives in Leads in the sidebar, newest first, with the date, the profile and the form it came from.

Getting told about new leads

When you add a lead form, SwfTap asks whether you want an email when someone fills it in: Don't email me, Email me every lead, or Weekly summary (sent on Monday). It starts off, and you can change it any time in the form's settings under Lead emails. Every lead also shows on your Leads page, where a count next to Leads in the sidebar tells you how many are new, and in the SwfTap app.

If a submission arrives without passing the spam check, for example because the visitor uses an ad blocker, SwfTap keeps it rather than losing it. You'll see "leads need checking" at the top of your Leads page; open Leads to check, keep the real ones and delete the rest. You aren't emailed about these.

Reading and exporting

Click a lead to see every field the visitor filled in. When you have more than one form, the "Filter by form" menu narrows the list to one of them. Export CSV works per form: pick a form first, then click Export CSV to download its leads for your CRM or a spreadsheet.

In a team workspace

Leads belong to the workspace whose profile collected them, so a team's Leads page lists submissions from every profile in that workspace. If a member is removed and the workspace deletes the profile it issued to them, that profile's leads are deleted with it, so export anything you need first.
