Can I add a short video introduction?

Yes. Add a Video Intro block and a short recorded introduction plays under your name. It's on every plan, and your assistant's email can stay as one of the contact links, as it is on the sample page.

Can I link a PDF biography instead of a web page?

A button can point at any web address, including a PDF hosted on your company site. On Pro and Team you can also send the biography through Secure Share, which tells you when it was opened and how far it was read.

Will it work with a metal or premium NFC card?

Any NFC card or tag that opens a web link will open this page. Linking cards to your profile is part of the Team plan, and the cards themselves are sold separately.

Does it cost anything to use the Executive template?

No. All 24 templates are on every plan, including the free Starter plan, with no card required. Pro adds more QR codes, Secure Share and E-signature when you need them.

Who it's for

Who the Executive template suits

Senior people are handed a lot of cards and keep very few. This template is for the chief executive, managing director or board member whose card should say less, not more. It opens on a full portrait, then a name, a title and the company set in small spaced capitals, so the page reads like a well-made annual report rather than a link list.

There are only two buttons, a meeting request and a biography, because that is usually all a new contact needs from you. Your assistant's address sits under the office number, which keeps diaries in one place. Contact exchange is switched on, so the person you just met can send their details back from the same page.

Gold on near-black with Fraunces, a serif with some warmth to it, for the headings. Outline buttons with square corners keep it formal. The colour scheme is fixed to dark, so it looks the same on every phone whatever the visitor's own setting.

Your name, role and photo replace the sample ones. Sample links and sample photos are cleared, so nothing points at someone else's business. Then add your own buttons, products or gallery.
