Can each lawyer in the firm have their own page?

Yes. On the Team plan up to five people share one organisation workspace, and each lawyer can start their own profile from this template under your organisation's address on swftap.com.

Is it safe to send client documents through SwfTap?

On Pro and Team, Secure Share sends documents as links with a password and an expiry, and you can see when they were opened. Use your practice management system for anything it already handles.

Can I change the practice areas?

Every button can be renamed, reordered, pointed somewhere else or deleted. Add as many practice areas as you need.

Does it cost anything to use the Law Practice template?

No. All 24 templates are on every plan, including the free Starter plan, with no card required. Pro adds more QR codes, Secure Share and E-signature when you need them.
