Can our whole sales team use the same design?

Yes. On the Team plan up to five people share one organisation workspace, and each rep can start their own profile from this template. Admins can manage every member's profiles and NFC tags, so a card can be pointed at a new profile when someone leaves.

Can I see which products a buyer looked at?

Profile analytics count clicks on each product card. If you send the full brochure through Secure Share on Pro or Team, you also see which pages were read.

Can leads go straight to Salesforce or HubSpot?

Leads collect in the SwfTap Leads inbox and export in formats ready for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM. New-lead alerts can post to Slack or Teams.

Does it cost anything to use the Sales Rep template?
